Always wanted to try your hand at making pottery? 

Teresa is offering classes at her studio near Burlington, WI.

Beginners will learn the fundamentals of throwing on the wheel, while more advanced students can practice their skills and learn new techniques in form and surface decoration.  Small class size, expert instruction and personal attention make for a successful and enjoyable adventure.  Let your creative side take over and lose the stress of the day.

 

The cost for adult (age 14 and up) 6-week classes is $165.   (We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa for your convenience.)   

All classes meet once weekly and include clay, tools, glazes and firing.  Class size limited to four students.  Rolling enrollment; start anytime space is available; make-up days for missed classes may be scheduled but must be made up within the 6-week session.  The following sessions are available until filled:

            Tuesdays:   10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (One space available)

             Tuesdays:  6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Two spaces available)

            Thursdays:  10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Two spaces available)

            Thursdays:  6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Full)

(Optional Open Studio hours are available on pre-scheduled Saturdays (this info will be available on your class hand-out).  Open Studio time is not a class, but you may come in to the studio to work on the wheel on your own and practice what you have learned during class time.)

 

SAMPLER CLASS!:  Just want to try it once?  One evening at the wheel, no commitment required.  Make a bowl…or whatever else comes out!  I’ll glaze it for you and you can pick it up in three weeks.  Price is $25 per person, available from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday or Wednesday nights.  Must be pre-arranged, please call to schedule.  Minimum two per class to schedule, maximum four students per class.

 

SCOUT TROOPS/HOME SCHOOLERS:  A field trip can be arranged.  Contact Teresa for possible dates, times, and fees.
