Shipping

I currently ship to the continental United States only. I take great care in shipping my work and have suffered only one damaged product in the last 13 years.  I sometimes utilize sturdy used boxes and packing materials, as I believe strongly in recycling.  I use USPS and prefer to ship priority.  Shipping via freight can lower the price somewhat but may greatly extend the transit period and expose the work to more risk in handling. Unusually large or heavy pieces may be sent via FedEx or USPS, whichever is most economical.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations provided customers:

Contact me within 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
